Founded in 2011 by sister duo Athina and Dimitra, The Glam Team has since grown to an exclusive team of artists who are truly passionate about what they do.
It’s not always easy to factor in time to get to the salon. We’ve all had those moments. But that doesn’t mean that your beauty routine should suffer! Early on in our careers, we discovered that there was a niche clientele in Sydney who were seeking to have those professional beauty treatments we all love, in the comfort of home.
And so the idea behind ‘The Glam Team’ was born.
All of our services are hosted on-location. This enables our clients to indulge in the luxury of experiencing a complete salon-style treatment in the comfort and privacy of their own home or venue.
Our Glam Specialists are available to host private beauty bookings, bridal appointments and corporate events across Sydney and beyond.

Athina
resident nail technician
Athina has been honing her skills as a qualified nail technician over the last 17 years. Trained with CND as a specialist in custom acrylic work, she enjoys creating a personal experience for her clients rather than adopting a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to nails. Her passion for nails and the beauty industry has also seen Athina expand her skills to the areas of hairstyling and spray tanning.
During her time in the industry working as a freelance nail artist, Athina has had to the opportunity to perfect her work across a myriad of both private and celebrity clients and is always willing to adapt to different environments to accommodate her clients. Taking an individual approach with each and every client, Athina was built a loyal client base who appreciate the genuine care and expertise she always provides.
Dimitra
makeup & tanning specialist
Dimitra is our senior makeup and tanning artist who has been working in the industry for eleven years. Her time working with clients in both the retail makeup and freelance event industries has enabled her to build wide-ranging experience in all facets of the beauty world. Her ethos involves providing luxurious, quality treatments for all of her clients each and every time.
During her time as a freelance artist, Dimitra was able to build her repertoire and skillset while working as an artist for MAC Cosmetics. With years of makeup experience beneath her brush belt, she has also been hired to work on numerous photoshoots for fashion campaigns for brands like General Pants Co and Sussan. However her love for the makeup and tanning industries is always centered on the ability to work with individuals to tailor a look that makes them feel truly pampered and beautiful.
